Navigate to Settings then Custom Fields and click Add New Field.

Choose the field type from the options: text, number, date, dropdown list, checkbox, or multi-select.

Enter the field label and, for dropdown fields, add all the selectable option values.

Set the field behaviour: mark as required, visible to clients at booking, or restricted to staff-only view.

Assign the field to a location: client profile, booking form, or consent form — it appears immediately on save.
