The course is linked directly to the client account after purchase, and sessions deduct automatically each time an appointment is completed. Course expiry dates, requested extensions, and partial refunds for unused sessions are all managed from the client profile.

Navigate to Services then Courses and click Add New Course.

Enter the course name, total session count, overall price, and the expiry period from date of purchase.

Link the course to the relevant service type and specify any room or equipment requirements.

Sell the course at the POS — it is associated with the client account and available for booking immediately.

Each time a course appointment is completed, the system deducts one session and updates the remaining count.
