The Products module is the master catalogue for everything your clinic stocks and sells. For every product you can record the name, SKU, barcode, purchase cost, retail price, applicable tax rate, supplier details, and opening stock quantity. Assign each product to categories, attach a product image, and configure whether it is available at the POS, in the online shop, consumed during treatments, or any combination. All product data flows automatically into stock tracking, financial reporting, and the point of sale.

Navigate to Products then All Products and click Add New Product.

Complete the product form: name, SKU or barcode, brand, category, and supplier details.

Set the purchase cost price, the retail selling price, the applicable tax rate, and the opening stock quantity.

Configure where the product is available: POS checkout, online shop listing, treatment consumable use, or all three.

Save — the product is immediately live in the POS, stock management dashboard, and all relevant reports.
